Return Policy

Because seed packets are sensitive products that can't be safely resold once they've left our warehouse, *we don't accept traditional returns. Instead, every order is backed by our Germination Guarantee.
Why No Traditional Returns
Seeds are sensitive to temperature, humidity, and handling. Once a packet has left our facility, we have no way to verify how it's been stored. Putting returned seeds back into circulation isn't safe for future customers. So instead, we stand behind every order with a guarantee focused on what matters: whether your seeds grow.
Our Germination Guarantee
Every seed packet we sell is backed by our Germination Guarantee. If your seeds don't germinate at the rate of our germination reports when planted according to the packet instructions, we'll send replacement seeds at no cost.
Coverage includes:
- Seeds that fail to germinate when planted in proper conditions
- Sealed packets that arrive empty, contaminated, or visibly defective
Coverage does not include:
- Seeds planted outside their recommended growing zone or season
- Seeds exposed to extreme temperatures, moisture, or pests after delivery
- Crop loss from weather, disease, or pest damage after germination
How to File a Claim
1. Email us within 60 days of delivery at hello@bellagardenseeds.com with your order number, a brief description, and a photo if possible
2. We'll review your claim within 2 business days
3. Once approved, replacement seeds ship within 24 hours
What You'll Receive
Replacements are issued as seeds, not cash refunds. You'll receive new packets of the same variety (or comparable seeds of equal value if unavailable). We don't issue refunds to your card for germination claims.
Damaged Shipments
If your seeds arrive physically damaged in transit, see our shipping policy.
Bundles
For curated seed bundles, the guarantee applies at the *individual packet level. If one variety fails, we replace that variety, not the whole bundle.
