Shipping Policy

We ship anywhere in the United States — including Alaska, Hawaii, and all 48 continental states. Here's what to expect.

 

Where We Ship

Bella Garden Seeds ships within the United States only. We currently do not offer international shipping or shipments to APO/FPO addresses.

 

Shipping Cost

For now, Bella Garden Seeds offers a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout.

 

Processing Time

We ship within 24 hours of receiving your order, Monday through Friday. Order placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.

 

Carrier & Delivery Times

We ship via USPS, using a mix of USPS Ground Advantage and USPS Priority Mail depending on the size of your order. Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping, depending on your location. Alaska, Hawaii, and rural addresses may take a few extra days.

 

Tracking

Every shipment includes USPS tracking. You'll receive your tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once USPS picks up your order, your package is in the carrier's hands. If your tracking shows as delivered but you can't find the package, or if your package is marked lost in transit:

 1. Check with neighbors, household members, and your local post office

 2. If the package is genuinely lost, file a claim at usps.com/help/claims.html.

 

We're happy to provide any documentation USPS needs from us as the sender. Email hello@bellagardenseeds.com.

 

Damaged Shipments

If your seeds arrive physically damaged (crushed packets, water damage, etc.), email us within 7 days of delivery with photos at hello@bellagardenseeds.com. We'll send replacements at no cost. No need to ship the damaged ones back.
