🌱 Getting Started

‍

This bundle is made up of herbs and aromatic vegetables that grow best in spring through fall. Most varieties can be direct sown outdoors or started in containers near your kitchen. Stagger your plantings every few weeks for a continuous harvest all season long.

☀️ Sun Requirements

‍

Most crops in this bundle prefer full sun — aim for at least 6 hours of direct sunlight per day. Arugula and parsley can handle a little afternoon shade, especially in warmer months.

💧 Watering

‍

Keep soil consistently moist but never waterlogged. Herbs tend to be light drinkers — water when the top inch of soil feels dry. Avoid wetting the leaves to keep foliage fresh and flavorful.

✂️ Harvesting

‍

Harvest herbs frequently to encourage new growth. Pick leaves from the outside in, and snip stems just above a leaf node. The more you harvest, the more your plants will produce.

🧺 Storing Your Harvest

‍

Fresh herbs store best wrapped in a damp paper towel in the refrigerator, or placed stem-down in a glass of water on the counter. Most will stay fresh for 5–7 days.
