Arugula Planting Instructions

🗓️ Days to Germinate: 5-10 (Fast grower!)
Soil: Fertile, well-drained soil.
🌸 🍂 Season: Early spring and fall. Rocket Arugula Bolts in heat, which means it will not continue producing delicious, edible leaves.
🌡️ Temperature: Sow seeds when soil temperature is above 50° F.
☀️ Sun: Plant in full sun, can grow with part shade.

Fertilizer: Use a light fertilizer. Excess Nitrogen (N) increases the "bite" flavor of Arugula and encourages leaf growth
