🌱 Getting Started
Every crop in this bundle is selected to thrive in pots, planters, and raised beds. Use containers that are at least 6–12 inches deep with drainage holes. Fill with a quality potting mix — avoid using garden soil in containers. Place your pots in the sunniest spot available.
☀️ Sun Requirements
Most crops in this bundle prefer full sun. Position containers where they will receive at least 6 hours of direct sunlight daily. Rotate pots occasionally to ensure even light exposure on all sides.
💧 Watering
Container gardens dry out faster than ground beds — check soil moisture daily, especially in warm weather. Water thoroughly until it drains from the bottom, then allow the top inch to dry before watering again.
✂️ Harvesting
Container crops produce best when harvested regularly. Pick lettuce and herbs from the outside in, and harvest cucumbers and tomatoes as soon as they reach full size to encourage continued production.
🧺 Storing Your Harvest
Leafy greens and herbs store best in the refrigerator. Cucumbers, tomatoes, and peppers can sit at room temperature for a few days. Harvest frequently and enjoy as fresh as possible for the best flavor.
