🌱 Getting Started

With the Full Garden Bundle, your planting calendar spans the entire season. Start with cool-season crops — arugula, peas, lettuce, spinach, radishes, and brassicas — as early as 4 weeks before your last frost. Transition to warm-season crops like tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, and eggplant after frost danger has passed.

☀️ Sun Requirements

Most crops in this bundle prefer full sun (6–8 hours per day). Leafy greens and herbs are the exception — they can tolerate partial shade, which actually helps extend their season into warmer weather.

💧 Watering

‍

Water needs vary by crop and season. As a general rule, provide 1–2 inches of water per week. Water at the base of plants, mulch to retain moisture, and check soil regularly. Cool-season crops need less frequent watering than summer vegetables.

🧺 Storing Your Harvest

Storage varies widely across this collection. Leafy greens refrigerate for a few days. Root vegetables keep for weeks in a cool spot. Tomatoes, peppers, and cucumbers prefer room temperature. Herbs store stem-down in water or wrapped in a damp cloth in the fridge.
